Nir Bashan on Help at Work

We’ve somehow turned kindness into a transaction.

“If I do this, what do I get?”
“If I help them, will they remember?”
“If no one sees it… did it even happen?”

Yes. It happened. And that’s the point. The good deed is the reward.

The moment you make someone’s day easier. The moment work feels a little more human. The moment you remember, “Oh yeah… this is who I want to be.”
No applause. No scoreboard. No LinkedIn humblebrag required.

Just do the good thing. Even if the only witness is you… and your steering wheel.
(And yes, I promise I was parked while filming. 😉)
