Students Unleash Creativity

Creativity was in full force at Lake Mary Preparatory School last week as students in the Design Thinking program welcomed Clio Award–winning, Emmy-nominated entrepreneur, bestselling author Nir Bashan to campus.

Mr. Bashan, an internationally recognized expert in helping leaders harness creativity to drive innovation, led students through an engaging session focused on the process of ideation—exploring concept, ideas, and execution. Through hands-on exercises and lively discussions, students discovered how creativity can be applied to problem-solving, leadership, and innovation across every field.

"The creativity and curiosity they displayed, and the freedom you’ve given them to explore, were evident in every discussion," Mr. Bashan shared, reflecting on his time with the students.

Lake Mary Prep’s Design Thinking program emphasizes imagination, collaboration, and real-world problem solving, encouraging students to think boldly and approach challenges with confidence and originality.
